Today we celebrate another white wine from the Cellar Craft Showcase collection: Viognier (pronounced vee-yon-yay). This aromatic wine is full-bodied with a creamy mouth feel. It exudes the aromas and flavors of apricot, mango, pineapple, guava, kiwi, tangerine, and orange blossoms.
The flavor reserve pack balances the grape's edginess and creates a full, off-dry finish. Drinking one glass by itself will exhaust your palate but pair it with spicy Asian foods and it is magic. Drink young and just slightly chilled.
